Unopened & vacuum-sealed: Store in the refrigerator for several months.

Once opened: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or aluminium foil to minimise exposure to air. Storing in an airtight container helps retain flavour and prevents drying out or absorbing other fridge odours.

Freezing
