Our story begins in South Africa, where biltong wasn’t just a snack, it was heritage. When our family brought those time-honoured recipes and techniques to New Zealand, we knew we wanted to share more than great meat. We wanted to share a tradition built on craftsmanship, patience, and respect for the product.

We carefully source our products and prepare them with skill and attention to detail. From everyday family staples to specialty cuts and handcrafted favourites like authentic South African biltong and droëwors, everything we offer is made with quality and care at the forefront.
